thanks for bringing this up.
It looks as if the address book you want is the Master Repository
Address List
Go to >VIEW >Master Lists >Address Lists >Repository!
And it's thanks to you I realise now how useful it could be what with
being able to add notes, pictures etc. from there.
I've not really used it properly before and mine is in a bit of a
mess just now so I'm off to sort it all out.
