Pat, I don't think you can do a txt or rtf file as such for the ToDo List but you can make a pdf or comma delimited. On the ToDo page click Print and the options are at the bottom.

You can open a comma delimited file in Notepad or WordPad but they are diffidult to read. They are best opened in OpenOffice or Excel.

When I clicked on Options, and then on Help from the ToDo List, I didn't see directions for exporting the entire ToDo list to a text and/or .rtf file.

And on the family pae, when I clicked on help and typed it "export" I didn't see either the To-Do List OR the Sources List listed.

Also didn't see the options on either of the report menus.

Can you tell me where to find the instructions for exporting either/both to a text or .rtf file?

What SHOULD I be looking under/for in the index?

Thanks!

Pat
