Jeff, if you can bear to screen read, just create PDFs.
But I agree that at the beginning you need to have
paper copies if only of sections of reports to view
the differences caused by different selections. I find
that printing just the Index of a Descendant Chart,
Book or Narrative is adequate now when checking
a report--it allows you to quickly move to the
onscreen page number without scrolling to find the
things you know you need to check.
You MUST use Report Setting files with descriptive
indicator names so you can swap back and forth
between trials, AND so you don't have remember
particular settings, AND so you don't have to retype
headings and titles and the like. See bottom right of
every report options window.
