In working with my Legacy sources I noticed I have been inconsistent when
entering my detail sources. As Geoff has recommended I have transcribed the
info in many sources like passenger manifests, census records into the
"Detail text" field. But, most of the time I did not click the box to "add
this information in source citations in reports".
The reason I am concerned is that I now want to produce a paper printout as
a paper record of "everything" and also to send to selected relatives where
I want it to be as complete as possible without their having to learn how to
navigate through Legacy. Now I realize I may have no way to print out these
detail text fields. Is there a way I can recuperate from this error on my
part? It is just not practical to go to all these detail text fields
assuming I found a way to even identify them all!
Any way to solve this would be appreciated, including modifying the data in
Access.
