Ron,

The programmers have been working on a lot of issues for this next release.
The beta testers just got the latest test build on Monday and immediately
found a couple of small problems that the programmers needed to "touch up".
Of course, this is Thanksgiving weekend and I'm sure the programmers have
been relaxing with their families along with many of the beta testers!

We're hoping it will be released soon.

Thanks for using Legacy.

We have been repeatedly told that this problem will be fixed in the next
update. Unfortunately, nobody is saying when that next update is going to
be. It seems like this issue is much more important to the users that are
affected than it is to the programmers. It was made to sound like this
problem would be handled as a top priority, but that certainly has not
happened.

Sherry,

This is not a problem that just all of a sudden appeared over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The programmers introduced this bug with their update in August. People were assured that the problem would be taken care of fairly quick because it was causing problems for a lot of people. We've been repeatedly told that the problem was fixed for the next update. The Legacy users/customers should not have had to wait this long to fix a bug that was created by the programmers and caused a problem where there was previously no problem. Unfortunately, I think Legacy's attention to customer service is beginning to go down hill.

Regards,
Ron Bernier
