The problem is in Norwegian, and possibly other
languages, the normal phrase contains two different
prepositions in between portions of the location
parts. And requires place type names included in the
full phrase. Changing the prep. does not really meet
the needs. What it needs is in the []. 
[On the farm] Foss,[in the Parish of] Grue, Hedmark
[Amt/Forsamling], Norway. setting up a m editted
"Event" for BMD will solve the problem, but will take
some work to solve.
