This is the first I have heard of an all in one chart ... is there one
posted somewhere that I can see?

Yes, the all in one tree chart is big. I printed one for my family, it was
14 metres long, 1 metre high. I have access to a roll printer at work.

However, it is without a doubt the best thing for a family reunion.

My mind always boggles at the thought of an "All in One" tree.

To put only the descendants of my maternal grandparents on a wall chart at a

readable size (11pt and 9 pt fonts) takes 2 B1 sized charts (B1 paper is
1000 x 707 mm). I repeat the children on both charts but have a note that
the rest of the descendants for other branches are on the other chart. My
maternal grandparents had 8 children, 6 of whom had children. One branch
takes a chart to themselves as they joined a religious sect that not only
doesn't believe in birth control but also believes in early marriage and
very large families. It's only recently we've had positive contact and
collected this part of the current tree.

I did the chart on two sheets as most of our family reunions are picnics in
parks. I did shrink them to A1 size (841x594mm) so they were easier to hold
and pass around.
