The answer to your actual question rather than where to find Canadian
counties or if such things exist: As I understand it, there have been
no updates to the Geodatabase. It was something bought in and it
hasn't been updated.

I just purchased Map My Family Tree. I have a number of entries in
Canada that appear as incomplete because there is no county in my
Legacy database. When I use Geocode, I don't find a county for
Canadian locations.
Is there an update to Geocode that gives the Canadian counties?
