I don't use the inbuilt PDF Creator, but use a program called PrimoPDF
(free download from http://www.primopdf.com/). When creating a report, I
go into Printer Setup and select PrimoPDF as the printer and then select
print.

Since the latest update of Legacy 6 (Dec. 7), when I have Legacy make
a PDF of any of the reports, the fonts that result in the PDF are all
different in type and size. The report looks really bad. I've checked
through all the report settings to make sure the fonts are correct,
