Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Big problem/hope some one can help

Hello Sherry,
I spoke to your tech. on the telephone. We tried a couple of things. I
did transfer all data from my old version to the new version 6.0. Every
thing [all data] went to the new version and I had entered new people on the
version 6.0. I made CD`s as back up and every thing was fine/ran perfect
with no data loss.

After New Years problem, I can do nothing to get my CD`s to run. I went to
the library to see if they would run on their computers but they would not .
I do not have my old version 3.0. If I had the old version I do not know if
they would run. I cannot find my version 3.0 now on computer or disk.

Your company has been great and I have had some e-mails which suggest
things to do also. When I try to open the program I get a windows pop up.

Thanks,
Bob Perry
