Point taken, Ron. We'll keep the flag flying <smile> Yes, I realise I can Search'n'Replace to remove the extra comma - but it's a workaround one would have to repeat after adding new locations.. It would be nice to accept the standard format, and let Legacy Reports strip out these commas. I've suggested this as an enhancement. Cheers, Mary Young
