When printing the Name List, have you both customised it so that
chosen fields include the various address fields you want AND ticked them?
I just experimented and at first had problems getting the email
address - but when I went back I found I had chosen it in
customisation but not ticked it.
Carl - re the Descendants Tab. The print takes you to the Descendant
Chart which doesn't include addresses.
It isn't a Print of the Descendant View
I don't know how you could get a list of addresses in Descendant Order.

I can look at the descendants tab, and set the columns the way I wish. In
this case, I would like name, b & d dates, and current address, formatted in
descendant order. When I select print, I get the descendant report with it's
various selections, but I see no way to print the exact file I want that is
on the screen. Any suggestions?
