You must paste it into notepad, or any text editor, and save it as a ".csv" file. Then in Excel go to File > Open > and in the drop down list of file type choose ".csv". Then browse to where you saved it and open it, following the on screen prompts. It will then open as a spread sheet that you can save as an excel file.
