Mike,
If I understand you correctly you will find that the marriage information is
at the end of both individual's Individual Pages and hence the modified date
will show up for both.

You may want to add a second condition for Marriage. That will pick up
situations where you may have modified the marriage info without touching
either
of the spouses.

Search for whom: Individual
Where to look: Modified Date
How to look: After
What to look for: 5 February 2007 (or whatever date suits)
Check that the radio button at the bottom "clear list before this search"
is
set
Click "Create".
On the screen which appears:
Click "Options"
Click Advanced Tagging
Select a convenient Tag number
Click "Everyone in Search List"
