I wish that legacy would allow you to attach PDF files instead of JPG files... I scan all of my source documents into PDF file and try to transcribe them into text as well. I then merge the text and image PDF's together.
When I was using the other evil (FTM) genealogy program it would allow us to attach PDF's and embed them into your file. It was wonderfully handy to just click on them and I have a PDF of a website or a PDF of a rev war pension file or a PDF of a book I scanned for quick reference. I usually scan all Genealogy books I purchase for the sheer fact that I can easily OCR index them with Adobe and then search them really quickly.
