Tried going to Options, Customize, View to see what was checked. Under Display RINS on names I have checks in On all Name Lists and On Family View and Pedigree View. Under Numbers to Add to Names I have RIN turned on.
I have looked at this name under the various views and the RIN is always 1344. I can find him on the Index by sorting on the RIN. I can NOT access him by putting his number in the User ID box; I can find everyone else I have tried by putting their RIN number in the User ID box. I ran both File Maintenance options and that did't help. I shut down the program and brought it up again and that didn't help. I'm stumped as to a fix.
