With Legacy closed, go to the Legacy folder on your hard drive. Delete all files with the .usr extension. This will delete any preexisting user settings. The files will be recreated automatically when you re-install Legacy and you'll need to redo your settings. Next uninstall Legacy, restart your computer and then re-install Legacy. Make sure you have all other programs shut down and your anti-virus software disabled when you install Legacy.
