I don't want to open a long dialog on this subject nor see it digress
from Legacy usage as the focus but I'd like a few opinions and realize
any opinions will likely not constitute a concensus!

I have hundreds of old photos and negatives handed down by parents and
grandparents dozens that were scanned years ago, and many more done
more recently with a better scanner. Now I'm in the process of
ORGANIZING them in some manner for seperate presentation (i.e.
scrapbook/album format)and linkage of indiviaual photos into the
Legacy database for the individual.

Should HOURS and HOURS of photo editing be spent to attempt to restore
these images to as near prestine quality as feasiable OR should they
be left as they are with 'warts and wrinkles' reflecting the age and
state of art in which they were taken?

Thanks
