It cannot recognize an available RIN. A window will pop-up asking if I want to try again ... if I say "Yes" it closes Legacy. If I say "No" then it opens the window for the new person. I've put up with this anomaly ... but yesterday when I tried to import a file it wouldn't let me and auto-closed Legacy. Suggestions? Have you unlocked the real power of Legacy?
