What function does the .dll file serve? Is that the missing help file
that I have heard mentioned?

except for the help files where you need to copy the old .dll file
back. Those who have tested Legacy with Vista report that it runs fine

compatable with WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM? This program is not
