Hi Bruce, C. G. and all,

Thanks for the suggestions and other options mentioned.

I get the same situation for a long description; however, if I move
that long description to the Notes part of an event, everything prints
fine. Is that acceptable to you?

I took the time to restructure the event sentencing for thos events I use so that the "sentences" are more lists than sentences. I doesn't take much time to do since you only need to do it for the event definition and not for each
occurrence of the event.

Hi C. G.,

Thanks but that will not work with my form of data entry. My sentences would
not make sense. I use the list format so I don't have to fiddle with the
sentence format. The only way that I can get this to work is in the plain vanilla report in text format, not really what I want, looks like a report
from the 70's.

Best regards,
Beth G.
