You can easly change the sentence structure to be more pleasant to you but I
ten to "avoid" them because they do become rather boring particukarly when
you have multiple events for the same individual.

So, while Nice sentences are initially nice, I have restructured most of my
sentences to show events as simple lists. For example, I have Immigration
and Occupation set as ...

Immigration: [Desc] [onDate] [toPlace]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration: [Desc] [onDate]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration: [Desc] [toPlace]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration: [onDate] [toPlace]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration: [Desc]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration: [onDate]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration: [toPlace]. [Sources] [Notes]
Immigration. [Sources] [Notes]

Occupation: [Desc]. [Date], [Place]. [Sources] [Notes]
Occupation: [Desc]. [Date]. [Sources] [Notes]
Occupation: [Desc]. [Place]. [Sources] [Notes]
Employed: [Date]. [Place]. [Sources] [Notes]
Occupation: [Desc]. [Sources] [Notes]
Employed: [Date]. [Sources] [Notes]
Employed: [Place]. [Sources] [Notes]
Employed. [Sources] [Notes]

Subject: [LegacyUG] Suggestion

I have an individual who "goes by" his middle name. His record includes
several occupation events. In a report, these each start off with "He
worked as a..." and this reads rather poorly when they are listed one after
the other.

I realize the [HeShe] can be changed to [NameHeShe] which uses his first
name in the initial instance, then alternates with "He" in subsequent
instances. I would like to be able to substitute his "alternate given name"
so it reads more correctly, as this is the name he goes by, and then
alternate with "He".

Can this be done as Legacy 6 is currently designed? Failing that, I would
like to see it in an upcoming revision.

Thanks!
