I have noticed that the create CD icon is present upon first run of the program, then disappears if you close and re-launch it. If you miss the chance to click the link I don't see a way to get to the site to download the PassageExpress LegacyFree version. Luckily I had a second chance as I was installing on multiple computers at our FHC. Even after installing Passage Express, I no longer find a Create CD icon available *within* Legacy, just a desktop and start menu icon for PE.
