How large a font are you using?
I've tried Arial 16 pt and both lines are printing. The only problem
with a font that large is that the Compiler line is truncated.
The space given to the Footer doesn't appear to be controlled by the
Page Setup Margin size.

That worked - eventually! With two workarounds, I now have Date and Comments.
Note: Compiler Info. is centred, and Legacy Credit on line below, to
the right. If fonts are large/legible, the Legacy Credit doesn't
print. So I've had to revert to a meansy teensy font, alas.

Legacy section of the footer, not from the Compiler information.
I usually want to give Legacy credit but you can change the "Produced
by Legacy" to other text or leave that text blank and the date still prints.
