Donna, I did a search for Legacy generated reports online and found a good example here: http://www.budwig.org/D1.htm
If you notice, the author has created a Descendants report with sources. Since the first facts presented are the date and place of birth of the patriarch, the first two sources are numbered 1 and 2. He did not source the death. But then his next sources are for a passenger manifest. If you click on any of these numbers, you will see his source list. They are only in order by number, not by source title. I plan to write a book soon, too, and will present my sources in this format, too. This is how it is done in the New England Historical and Genealogical Register. (But they put the sources on the same page as the citation, rather than at the end like Legacy does.) I do not plan on providing a bibliography. I hope the web site explains this visually for you. Perhaps someone else can provide more info on the bibliography, and how they would add it to a Legacy generated report. Are you planning on using the Publishing Center? numbers appear in order as they occur in a report. Susan, Can you explain this a bit? How are they ordered in a report? Can I manipulate them in any way within a report? I am about to publish a genealogy book and the sources will appear at the end. Do others create a bibliography when then use the sources in books? Thanks for your response. Donna
