Sorry, Ann,
I should have said that you can do this in replies, again by clicking tools.
So you can individualise each reply.

Thinking you might find this of interest.
This is what the Legacy Help has about MSN & HTML messages in the link you
sent me.
MSN Explorer Tech support states "that MSN Explorer and MSN.com send
web-based HTML e-mail ONLY and cannot be configured to send plain text." If
you use MSN as your e-mail service (i.e., [EMAIL PROTECTED]) you can go to
Hotmail.com and send e-mail from there in plain text via the PASSPORT
system.
It is possible to send plain text without using Hotmail, etc. I asked MSN
support to help me here is what they walked me through. Help &
Settings>Writing e-mail settings>Font. One sees drop down lists for font,
size, etc.
Perhaps the Legacy folks would be interested in updating the instructions
in
the above link that it is not necessary to use Hotmail.
I have been using Legacy since before February 1999 and never ever, ever,
would I knowing send messages to LUG in HTML. I appreciate you and the LUG
members who let me know I was doing so.
Ann

Sherry,
I didn't realize I wasn't using text. I am using whatever it is that MSN
defaults to. I have never changed or even know how to change. Let me know
what my message arrived as and I will have to ask someone how to fix it so
it is in text.
Thank you for letting me know.
Ann
