However, basically I am afraid you need to uninstall and reinstall from the
Legacy site and not by using the updates. This should not affect your data
files but if it does worry you, then copy C:\Legacy\Data to My Documents
before going through the procedure and you can then copy it back in the
unlikely event of you hitting a problem.

Hello everyone.
I am back again with another problem.
When I tired to print a descendency chart I got ERROR 339: a file is
missing or invalid and then the picture of the printer just kept sending
pages non stop.
The only way I could get out was to turn off the computer.
The previous day I had tried to update my program but it got aborted
before it finished. I tried to update again and I was told there were no
more updates.
What do I do now please ?
