Could there be another category called a Memorial Prayer Card?

I have one that is folded to have four “pages”.
On the front it has “Of your Charity pray for the repose of the
soul of Thomas Joseph O’Keeffe who departed this life on 8th
December, 1940 aged 61 years and was interred at the Catholic
Cemetery Gunnedah. Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord and let
perpetual light shine upon him.”
Two other pages have prayers – one headed “Indulgenced Prayers,
Applicable to the Holy Souls. 300 Days each time for the
following:” The other with a note at the bottom “(Plen. Ind. for
Souls in Purgatory.)”
The other page has a picture labelled Mater Dolorosa and a short
prayer.

Subject: Re: [LegacyUG] Funeral handouts

This is how I differentiate between these items.

Holy Cards usually have a picture of a saint or Jesus or Mary on
the front with a prayer on the back and have nothing to do with
the death of a person but may be a memorial for a priest or nun
anniversary or patron saint feast day.

Memorial cards may also have a picture of Jesus, Mary or a saint,
and on the back possibly a prayer and always the name, birth and
death date of the deceased.

Memorial pamphlets or Memorial booklets are generally more than
one page, have the name, birth and death dates of the deceased,
the order of the funeral service, who's taking part in the
funeral service, and sometimes a little bio or prayer.

Holy cards generally are used only by Catholics.
