Thank you all for helping. As I new to Legacy, I don't know if the Legacy community is used to make RFE's (requests for enhancement). At least one program I know capture the godparents in the birth's or marriages records (of the "godchildren") and automatically creates a witness tag on the godparent record. One basic principle of databases is to NOT repeat information. Legacy could do that as well.
