If you keep the source detail *exactly* the same for each use of that
detail, then it will only print once in a report.
For example, if you include the census transcription in the source
detail text, it will only print once in a report - even if you source
several events for every member of the census household - provided
you don't change any of the source detail fields (tabs) by as much as
a space or a bold character.
Re Sources - there are the Legacy training CDs with some bits previewed online
There is the Legacy Tips web pages on the Legacy site which have
useful Source pages
Then of course, there is Elizabeth Shown Mills book.
And Renee's Sneak peak of Legacy 7 review said there will be Source
Templates in Legacy 7 based on Mills standards.

I have been entering a transcription of the text on source documents
as my "Source Detail" and notice that on reports there appears to be
considerable duplication of information. Should I "uncheck" the
option "Include in Reports" for the Detail, or do I omit this
detailed text from the Source Detail field?
Does anyone know of an online course or tutorial that offers
instruction and practice in basic Legacy style citations?
Thank you for the help,
