Ralf, I don't think the new book is just an update of the old one. It is far superior; it is a replacement and more. It is about 6 times the size; maybe more. I was a little disappointed in the first one; the new one has so many more details. If you are going to buy the new one, I certainly would not bother with the old one as well.
