So, if you have a birth certificate but the person does not up on any census (probably because of early death), and you have not located any death or burial information and are therefore unlikely to *ever* get two more sources, do you assume they do not exist and leave them out of your data?

I usually don't add a person to my main database unless I have at least
three unique sources for an event.
