Hello, I have asked only one question -- so far -- of this group. But, by reading it regularly have gathered many useful tips about Legacy. Today I found an answer in the archives (a frequent suggestion here) and also managed to follow a suggestion about setting a relationship column in the index view.
The index view was not something I'd used so far but can see where it will be a good tool. Have also learned that the Legacy people pay attention to what's posted here (e.g. the recent change in the footers on email). So, thanks to all who send email to this group.
