The quick and easy way to do this is:
!) Download TMG 6.12 Trial version
2) Export a gedcom of the people needed from Legacy.
3) Import Legacy Gedcom into a new TMG project.
4) Run TMG statical Report.
Nothing wrong with using different programs to get what you need!
