Does anyone know how I could make a copy of a PDF file which would significantly reduce the size of the file? I have a number of PDF files which are several megabits in size. That uses a lot of disk space for the multimedia files. Unlike JPG's where you can make copies in reduced size and dpi, I can find no comparable utility for PDF's. (I do not have the original available to me, so I can't do anything like scan it at a lower resolution, although I guess I could print out what I have and then re-scan it.)
