If you do a Search > Query by example tab: Look for whom - Individual, Where to look - Notes:Burial, Contains - [cemetery you want to find] > Create List button
You should get a list of the people you've added that cemetery to their burial notes, you can then print the list or used advanced tagging with an unused number if you want to keep them separate for awhile. Its easy enough to untag them again when you want to use that tag again for something different.
