Rhonda, It is up to you to put it on the net. You first need to find a Web Host, There are many free ones available, indeed your current internet provider may offer one - check their website (or ask). Otherwise search the net (Free Websites). You also need a name for the site and finally you need to upload your web pages onto the site and for this you may need an FTP program again free ones are available.
There are too many ways of doing all of this to go into detail here but if you sign up to WUL http://uk.groups.yahoo.com/group/WUL and ask the question there it is possible to help you sort out the options. This site is specifically for Website creators using of Legacy and there are Australian users who can help you find a host there.
