Actually, Susan you can, but it is a bit of a fiddle. I use another program called "paperless printer" (Can't remember the URL so you need to Google) this enables one to copy to file in many formats including txt, rtf, jpeg pdf etc.
It works as a printer (but to file) so it is necessary to set paperless printer as your default printer and then click the Print button and choose your format. I find it interesting that the montly calendar has the option just to have the YEAR of birth but this list only has to option to have the whole DATE of birth. Obviously if you are on 14 February, you know that the birthdate is 14 Feb! So I guess I will have to add that to the enhancements request, as I find it too bulky. Too bad I can't print to a text or data file. I will print to PDF and save that as a text file, and then try opening that in Excel. But I am grateful for you pointing this out to me!!
