Rob,

If it is standard in Canada for such letters to be sent on somebody's 95th
birthday then I would be tempted to create a 95th Birthday Event (in the UK
it would be 100 for a letter from the Queen). If you wish, the senders could
be included in the notes  and the letters would then be sources - your
choice whether to lump or split!
