Hi Susan, Is it entered as a General To Do?
If not, have you turned off Display RINs on Names? in Options > Customise - View tab
That makes the RINs appear and disappear in the To Do Items Reminder box. You'll find the text in this box is a link to the actual To Do screen. I use Index view to go quickly to a person whose name or RIN I know. Cathy At 06:08 AM 8/02/2008, you wrote:
