Mary, The way I have done this is to go to the Home page and adjust the size of the chart so that I can see all the pages. My objective was to stop splitting a box or marriage over a page break and by using the options on the bar on the left it was reasonably easy to move the boxes around to avoid this and optimise the pages.
I have not found a "Page Set-up" as such but maybe this is what it means.
