This was done by using the Mug Shot theme. On the Appearance tab, click on the Themes button. Then select the Mug Shot theme. I personally love how this theme displays a chart when you have lots of pictures. When I use the default settings the pictures are on the left side and the description is on the left. Your help section says The Picture Settings tab is part of the main Ribbon of Legacy Charting. It only appears when you have a picture selected within your chart. I cannot get it to appear on the Ribbon. How do I select a picture within the chart?
