I don't think you can do it from the Marriage List.
I'd do a search
Individual - Surname equals Smith
AND
Marriage - MRIN not equal to (leave blank)
AND
Individual - Sex equals male
Use the Print Options to print the list + spouse and whatever other
information you require.
