Christina,

Every time you make an entry in your database it is automatically entered into 
your .fdb file, so to that extent it is auto saved. What is not done is to auto 
back-up and this is somthing which you have to do manually. I have mine set to 
remind me every time I leave Legacy, provided that a change has been made. I 
also have the back-up icon on my tool bar so it is easy to back-up regularly 
during a long session.

I searched the manual in V6 for an auto-save feature so if I forget to save 
while working at least some of it is saved.

Did I miss that feature? If it isn't in V6 maybe V7 will have it?
