Carsten, try this: In the Legacy folder is a file named "GeoCountryCodes.txt." Open the file with notepad so that you can edit it.
Somewhere, probably at the end of the Germany grouping, you can add these three lines: *USA Germany|+Deutschland Germany|-DE Save the changes and close the file. The line with the "+" sign marks the preferred name to use for a country and the "-" sign marks the abbreviated (short) country name to use.
