Looking at the PDF properties from both Legacy and Legacy Charting for the
PDFs produced.

Legacy

Page Size 8.46 x 10.99

Legacy Charting
PDF Producer wPDF3
PDF Version 1.4

For both Legacy and Legacy Charting
the page setup is set to Letter and Portrait when producing the PDFS.
