Looking at the PDF properties from both Legacy and Legacy Charting for the PDFs produced.
Legacy PDF Producer ComponentOne PDF Version 1.2 Page Size 8.46 x 10.99 Legacy Charting PDF Producer wPDF3 PDF Version 1.4 Page Size 8.00 x 10.67 For both Legacy and Legacy Charting the page setup is set to Letter and Portrait when producing the PDFS. It looks like the printer/page settings are identical.
