I read too quickly and missed what you were wanting.
No there isn't a filter to filter out divorced. You may want to put
in a feature request to add this filter. There is one in the Calendar Creator.
In the meantime, I'd do it by tagging those who are divorced (Search
on Marriage Status) and then print separate Name Tags for that tag
group leaving out the Preferred Spouse line.
