Legacy 7 was mentioned in August of 2007 ( http://podcasts.dearmyrtle.com/2007/08/21/dearmyrtles-family-history-hour-21-aug-2007-genealogy-podcast.aspx ) This is quite a while for people to be waiting. I'm not chomping at the bit merely pointing out some of the history.
