My sources are currently organized:
      Birth certificates -- a
      Birth certificates -- b
      E-mails -a
      E-mails b
      Personal letter - a dated y/yy/yy
      Personal letter - b dated x/xx/xx
      Censuses by state, county and year

And so on.  Would it make sense to put some of the sources under a 
person's name first, so all the e-mails, letters, certificates etc for 
one person come up together?
