I had Legacy v6 installed under "C:\Program Files\Legacy" with just a couple test databases. When I received the Legacy v7 CD, I didn't want to mess anything up, so I installed it in the Legacy recommended default directory "C:\Legacy" and imported my main PAF family file into Legacy v7.
>From other lister comments, it appears that I need to open my small v6 family files in v7. At that point they can no longer be accessed by v6. How do I then get rid of Legacy v6 without causing v7 problems? Should I just do a Windows XP Control Panel "Add/Remove Programs" for the v6 directory? Dick Richard M.
